At Autumn's Journey we serve the elderly/advanced aged, those with Dementia/Alzheimer's, those who may be developmentally disabled, physically disabled, or terminally ill. Our purpose is to provide assistance or supervision with activities of daily living and medication management or administration. We are able to care for the Dementia/Alzheimer residents as long as unsafe wandering or elopement is not a problem.
